GUWAHATI: The Assam State Transport Corporation (ASTC) provided PPE kits to drivers and conductors of buses that are transporting passengers from the railway station and the airport, on Tuesday.
According to ASTC sources, the kits were distributed keeping in view of the safety of the people. The buses are carrying passengers that are arriving from various parts of the country. "It has been made compulsory for the drivers and conductors to wear the PPE kits during their working hours," said the source.
