Bhangagarh Police arrested two persons in connection to theft case

GUWAHATI: The Bhangagarh Police has arrested two persons in connection to a theft case that took place at a jewellery shop in Christian Basti. According to reports, the owner of the shop - Tansukhrai Ratanlal Jewellers had lodged an FIR that silver coins were being stolen from the shop from past several months. The total amount of the stolen coins is Rs 35 lakh. The arrested persons have been identified as Suman Chakraborty and Jantu Mazumdar.
