Crime Branch along with Hatigaon Police arrested 4 persons with drugs in Guwahati
Acting on a tip-off, Crime Branch along with Hatigaon Police have arrested four persons with huge quantity of drugs after conducting a raid at a rented house at Shankar Ajaan Path, Hatigaon on Thursday.

GUWAHATI: Acting on a tip-off, Crime Branch along with Hatigaon Police have arrested four persons with huge quantity of drugs after conducting a raid at a rented house at Shankar Ajaan Path, Hatigaon on Thursday.
During the raid, the teams seized — two packets of heroin weighing 26 grams, around 2.5 lakh WY tablets weighing 5 kg, six cough syrup bottles, Rs 9,200 cash, six mobile phones, and one Honda Activa scooter (AS 01 / DF 8714). The arrested persons are — Mohashin Khan (32), Md. Mustaqeen (23), Wm Talha (18), and Ramijuddin (32). All four accused are from Thoubal, Manipur. Further investigation is on.
