DIMORIA: As the State observed Dr Bhupen Hazarika's birth anniversary on Tuesday, the Dr Bhupen Hazarika Mukoli Mancha Aru Udyaan at Baligate near Digaru river under Sonapur Revenue circle has been covered with wild plants. The Mancha was constructed in the year 2015 by the Panchayat and Rural Development Department. However, due to the negligence of the Department no maintenance has been done over the years and it is lying vacant, said the locals. They have questioned the department that, "On this special occasion is this the way to pay tribute to the late singer?"
