Expenditure observer urges citizens of Kamrup (M) LACs to use cVIGIL app
The Election Expenditure Observer has urged the citizens of the district to use cVIGIL app for lodging complaints against violations of model code of conduct.
GUWAHATI: The Election Expenditure Observer for the four Assembly constituencies of Kamrup (M) has urged the citizens of the district to use C VIGIL app for lodging complaints against violations of model code of conduct.
The app can be installed on any registered GPS and internet connected Android/smart phone. Live photo/video should be taken within five minutes and sent to the district control room. On receipt of the complaints, district control room will send the inputs to the concerned flying squad. Subsequently, flying squads will rush to the spot and take necessary action. The entire process should be completed within 100 minutes.
