Former AASU leader Habibur Rehman passes away at 62 in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Former AASU leader Habibur Rehman (Dulu) breathed his last on Thursday night at the age of 62. He was admitted at the GMCH (Gauhati Medical College and Hospital). Late Rehman was buried at the Ulubari Kabarstan. He was the former general secretary of B. Borooah College Students' Union (BBCSU) and was also involved with the All Guwahati Students' Union (AGSU). The AGSU, former AASU leader and advocate Nekibur Zaman and former AASU leader Nurul Haque expressed grief over his demise. He was also a member of Ulubari Kabarstan and was associated with various organizations and social work.
