GUWAHATI: BJP's national president JP Nadda took the stock of flood situation in Assam on Tuesday.

In a telephonic talk with State BJP president Ranjeet Kumar Dass on Tuesday, Nadda reviewed the present situation of floods, the plight of the affected people and the relief and rescue measures taken up by the State government to mitigate the situation in the State.

Nadda appealed to all party workers in the State to help the State government in flood relief and rescue operations so as to give the affected families a succour. On his part, Dass has requested all party members and workers in the State to help the government in relief and rescue operations. He asked them to be with the flood affected families in their respective areas.
