Kamrup Deputy Commissioner Biswajit Pegu Discusses Land Allotment

GUWAHATI: A Sub Divisional Land Advisory Committee (SDLAC) meeting was held on Monday at the Conference Hall of DC Office, Kamrup (M). The meeting was chaired by Biswajit Pegu, Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup Metropolitan District. Minister of Education, Guwahati Development Department, Siddhartha Bhattacharya along with MLA, Dispur Atul Bora and MLA, Guwahati West Ramendra Narayan Kalita, among others were present in the meeting which also included representatives from GMC. A sizeable number of proposals were placed and approved in the meeting as per due procedure for allotment/settlement of land to indigenous landless families in Greater Guwahati area.
