Strictly implement lockdown norms: ASDMA

GUWAHATI: The Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA) has issued an order to the East Police District and the Central Police District directing strict implementation of lockdown norms in the containment zones. According to a release issued by the department, the lockdown measures in the containment zones have been extended up to June 30. The ASDMA has directed to reopen prohibited activities in a phased manner in areas outside the containment zones to contain the spread of COVID-19 in the State.
