GUWAHATI, March 23: The Asom Jatiyatabadi-Yuba Chatra Parishad (AJYCP) moved the OIL MD today with a memorandum seeking 100 per cent appointment of local candidates while filling up all posts, priority to locals while giving contracts and in imparting training to apprentice in the oil major.
