GUWAHATI, Nov 7: More than 500 Assam Pradesh Mahila Congress (APMC) workers under its president Shahz Yasmin Haque staged a protest in Guwahati against hike increase in prices of all essential commodities and LPG cylinders on Tuesday. The protesters criticized Prime Minister rendra Modi-led BJP Government at the Centre and the BJP-led government at Dispur. Cooking gas cylinders and vegetables like onions etc., were used to protest against the price rise, a press release said.
