GUWAHATI, Dec 22: The Dergaon Police Training Centre (PTC), Battalion Training Centre (BTC) and Armed Police Training Centre (APTC) have been selected as the best institutes of NE zone by the Bureau of Police Research and Development. The 2014-15 trophy of Union Home Minister has been presented to the three institutes.
