Birth anniversary of Hem Baruah today

GUWAHATI, April 21: The birth anniversary of Hem Baruah will be celebrated at Noonmati tomorrow by Hem Baruah Birth Centery Celebration Committee. The programme will start with paying of floral tributes on the bust of Hem Baruah erected near the main gate of Guwahati Refinery. It will be followed by a procession. There will be award-giving ceremony and open session.
