BJP takes a dig at Kurmi

GUWAHATI, July 24: The BJP Assam Pradesh has raised a question on the behaviour of Congress’ Mariani MLA Rupjyoti Kurmi. In a statement issued to the press on Monday, the State BJP said: “The MLA’s claim to have done many development works for Mariani College is a matter of shame as he has done all those with the MLA LAD funds, not with his own money. He has claimed the credit for development of the college. This smacks of rrowness.”
