GUWAHATI, Jan 7: Noted critic and retired Professor Deven Dutta, actors Nipon Goswami and Biju Phukan, singer Mitali Dey, actor Upakul Bordoloi, Lipika Bora Medhi, mime actor Moinul Haque , senior jourlist Dr Sanjoy Paul were conferred with ‘BSNL Roll of Honour 2017 Award’ by BSNL CGM MK Seth at a function in Guwahati today. The award has been conferred on them for their determition, dedication, devotion and sincerity for the development and uplift of society.
