Complaint against ACS officer in jail

GUWAHATI, Dec 5: A woman police personnel lodged a complaint with the Special Judge Court against Rumi Saikia, an ACS officer now under judicial custody in connection with the Assam Public Service Commission cash-for-job scam. According to the woman police personnel, the ACS officer misbehaved her while in police remand. The woman police said that Saikia misbehaved her when she did not allow the latter to burn a mosquito repellent in lockup. Saikia was sent to 14-day judicial remand by the court on Monday.
