DGP says Assam no Jihadi hub

GUWAHATI, April 23: Assam DGP Mukesh Sahani does want Assam to be branded as a hub of Jihadis and he ignores possibility of ISIS presence in the State. Talking to newsmen in the city on the recent arrest of seven Jihadis in the State, Sahani said: “There has been no hide-out of Jihadis in the State. The arrest was the result on the ongoing drive against Jihadi elements in the State. There’s no sign of presence of the ISIS either in the State.”
