FIR filed against 2 GMDA officials

GUWAHATI, March 25: An FIR has been lodged in Bhangagarh police station in the city against two GMDA officials in connection with the holding of Metropolis 2017 held from January 1 to 9, 2017 at Nehru Park in the city. The FIR has been filed following a directive from Dispur against the two officials – former acting chief executive officer Sajjad Alam and development officer Chinmoy Prakash Phukan.
