Fraud arrested - 21 Dec, 2017

GUWAHATI, Dec 20: One Biju Kashayap, who had all along been making a mint riding on his claimed identity as kin of the Chief Minister's OSD, was arrested on Wednesday by Dispur police from Sijubari in Hatigaon, with the help of Hatigaon police. Hailing from Madhupur in gaon, Biju was taking cash from state government employees with the promise of posting, transfer etc. Even some top officials of the Forest and Police departments were misled by him.
