GUWAHATI, Dec 9: Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) is gearing up to greet Rahul Gandhi on in a big way on December 11, 2017 when he will be officially declared All India Congress Committee (AICC) president. Being the lone contender for the hot post in the party Rahul Gandhi, now the vice president of the party, is set to be the AICC president and the declaration of his election on December 11 is just a formality. Here in Assam, APCC is going to greet Rahul Gandhi by forming human chains from all of its officers to highways, right from Rajiv Bhawan to Block Congress offices, on December 11 throughout the State.
