HC asks ACP to submit report

GUWAHATI, Oct 24: The Gauhati High Court has asked ACP Pranjal Bora to submit the report of inquiry into the death of under-trial prisoner SI (retd) Tamijuddin Ahmed in GMCH recently within two weeks. On Monday the High Court heard the PIL on the death of a 14-year-old boy in Bharalumukh PS on February 9 this year. Ahmed was in the Central Jail in connection with the custodial death of the teen.
