Hussain to Raha incident

GUWAHATI, August 20: The Assam Government has appointed Ikramul Hussain, Joint Secretary to the Government of Assam, Personnel Department as Secretary to the one man inquiry committee headed by Rajiv Kumar Bora, Additiol Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam, WPT & BC etc, Departments to inquire into the circumstances leading to death of one person and injury to many persons, including police personnel and loss of public property during the violent protest at Raha in gaon district on July 15, 2016.
