IASST foundation day

GUWAHATI, Nov 3: The Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST) celebrated its 38th Foundation Day here today. The Foundation Day programme started with hoisting of institutes flag by Dr N C Talukdar, Director of the Institute. Prof. Santanu Bhattacharya, Director, Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, Kolkata delivered the Foundation Day lecture on “notechnology and related advanced materials through molecular gels”. Prof. Appa Rao Podile, Vice-Chancellor, University of Hyderabad delivered a lecture on “Plant Microbes Interaction”.
