GUWAHATI, June 30: Opposition candidate for presidential poll Meera Kumar is arriving in Guwahati on July 5. She is coming to the Northeast to woo votes from the legislators and parliamentarians from Assam, Aruchal Pradesh and Mizoram. On July 4, she will be in Shillong.
