Motorcycle lifters arrested

GUWAHATI, July 5: The Fatasil Ambari police arrested two motorcycle lifters – Santanu Saikia and Pabitra Das - from Datalpara area on Thursday. The police also recovered two ccooties bearing registration numbers AS01D-8494 AND AS25F9905 from their possession.

On the other hand, the Fatasil Ambari police arrested another offender identified as Anisraj Ansari on Thursday allegedly for assaulting a youth and a minor with blade. According to the police, the accused attacked the duo on June 26. After committing the crime, he has been absconding.
