GUWAHATI, Jan 28: The North East Girls Students' Association (NEGSA) observed its 20th foundation day at Bashishtha Blind High School at Bashishta in the city today with a day-long programme. Actor Akashi Tora was the chief guest at the programme. West Guwahati Commerce College teacher Masi Bhattacharjee, Blind High School headmaster Bhaben Barman and NEGSA president Munmi Dutta exchanged opinion with the students of the blind school.
