No parking zone in Jalukbari flyover area

Guwahati, Dec 29: For smooth Traffic magement, safety and security of vehicle users and other pedestrians and to reduce traffic jams in and around the Guwahati city, the road beneath of the flyover of Jalukbari up to Dr Bhupen Hazarika Samadhi Kshetra and the Bypass road from Jalukbari rotary up to the tiol Highway 37 junction have been temporarily declared as No Parking zone. Parking or stopping of any commercial vehicles will be pelised as per provision of law, an official statement said.
