Stir threat by primary teachers

GUWAHATI/AZARA, May 10: Primary teachers of the State threatened to stage a dhar in front of all block primary education offices on May 16 if the government fails to pay their salaries in accordance with the pay structure recommended by the Seventh Pay Commission by May 15, said Prathamik Shikshak Sanmilani president Jibon Chandra Bora and secretary general Ratul Chandra Goswami in a statement issued to the press today.
