Survey of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan underway in city

GUWAHATI, Nov 29: Along with the rest of the country the survey of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is underway in Guwahati.  The responsibility of the survey has been given to Padmashree Ajay Dutta. Dutta and representative of Guwahati Mayor Rajkumar Tiwari and other GMC officials surveyed wards number 10, 11 and 12 in the city today. They went door-to-door to ask people if the NGO people engaged by the civic body visit their houses to collect garbage or not. They also heard people’s grievances so as to render better services.
