'VK Singh showed the true colours of BJP'

GUWAHATI, Sept 17: The Asom Ga Parishad on Thursday slammed Union minister VK Singh for his irresponsible comment on the illegal immigrant’s issue. In a press release to the media, AGP president Atul Bora said, “VK Singh exposed the true colours of BJP. Just to grab power, the BJP is in a rush to facilitate the illegal immigrants to avail citizenship.” Reiterating that AGP will not allow the Centre and BJP to make Assam a grazing ground for illegal immigrants, he said that VK Singh’s comment has made it clear that how nefarious the BJP is planning for Assam.
