GUWAHATI, Jan 04: Krish Kanta Handiqui State Open University is going to organize a series of training programmes on gender equity in different colleges of Assam. The programmes are being organized in collaboration with Rajiv Gandhi tiol Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD). Gender equity being a worldwide concern, the programme focuses on training of trainers for further percolation of benefits at the grassroots level. Initially the programmes will be organized at Gauhati Commerce College, Guwahati College, Pub-Kamrup College and Raha College from January 7 to January 10, 2018. Director of Rajiv Gandhi tiol Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) Prof. (Dr) Madan Mohan Goel will grace the iugural session at Gauhati Commerce College on January 7, 2018.
