According to reports, 257 candidates had filed nomitions out of which 195 candidates will be contesting for galand Assembly Election for 60 constituencies on 27th February.
According to reports, Chief Electoral Officer galand received 257 nomitions for 60 constituencies. Out of which 29 candidates were declared invalid after scrutiny and 32 candidates withdrawn their nomitions.
Northern Angami 2 constituency candidate Neiphiu Rio was declared uncontested.
