The way people’s genes work is modified once their body clock is disrupted. A study has revealed that sleep deprivation will a lot of damage to the human body than imagined. According to it, sleep deprivation can have an effect on our genes and lead to the damage of our DNA. In the experimental study on 49 healthy regular doctors who had their blood analyzed at completely different time points and on-call doctors who were needed to figure long on-site were found to own lower DNA repair organic phenomenon and a lot of DNA breaks than participants who did not work overnight.
