The Department of Microbiology, Gauhati Medical College intends to conduct a walk-in-interview for recruiting candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the project " Mapping hotspot of MDR-TB in Assam and Tripura using Genomic approaches " under DBT, Govt. of India.

Salary: Rs. 25000/- +30% HRA =Rs. 32,500/- per month

Qualification: Post-graduate Degree in basic science with NET qualification or Graduate degree in professional course with NET qualification or Post-graduate Degree in professional course.

Desirable Qualification: Two years research experience in a recognized institute / laboratory.
