United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites applications for the position of Programme Associate (NPSA6). Desirous candidates can check all the job details of no of posts, age limit, salary, qualification, etc prescribed below:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Commerce, Science, Management, or any other related field; Any other professional qualification related to project management, public procurement, etc. will have added advantage.

Experience:

A minimum requirement shall be 6 years after high school or bachelor's with 3 years of relevant experience in administration and proposal development and project implementation.

Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.). Experience in handling web-based management systems

Able to promote and enforce ethics and integrity and creates precedence in good practice.

Able to demonstrate corporate knowledge and sound judgment

Self-development, ability to take initiative, adopt a corporate approach to complex situations

Leadership and Interpersonal skills

Effective Communication skills

Negotiation Skills

Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills

Risk Management skills

Languages requirement:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required.
