Eligibility Criteria:-

1. Inspector

(a) The officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories:-

(i) Holding analogous posts regularly in the parent cadre or department; or

(ii) With 5 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the Pay Band-2 of Rs 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs 4200/- in the parent cadre or department; and

(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experiences:-

(i) Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university; and

(ii) Experience of two years in the handling of cases of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work or operation or Information Technology cases, or counter-terrorism training.

2. Sub-Inspector

(a) The officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories:-

(i) Holding analogous posts regularly in the parent cadre or department; or

(ii) With 6 years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the Pay Band-1 of Rs 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs 2800/- in the parent cadre or department; and

(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experiences:-

(i) Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university; and

(ii) Experience of two years in the handling of cases of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work or operation or Information Technology cases or Training in counter-terrorism

3. Assistant Sub-Inspector

(a) The officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories:-

(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis. or

(ii) One rank up if, HCs (Pay PB-I with GP 2400 pre-revised) with 5 years regular services in the grade, and

b) Education- Graduation from a recognized university.

c) Experience of at least 02 years in the field of investigation of criminal cases, or intelligence work or operations, or information technology management.

Pay

1.Inspector:-
Pay Matrix Level-7 ( PB-2 with GP Rs. 4600/- pre-revised)

2. Sub-Inspector
Pay Matrix Level-6 ( PB-2 with GP Rs. 4200/- pre-revised)

3. Assistant Sub-Inspector
Pay Matrix Level-5 ( PB-2 with GP Rs. 2800/- pre-revised)

Age

Inspector:- Maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Sub Inspector:- Maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Assistant Sub-Inspector:- The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding fifty-x years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
