NIT Silchar, the Education organization invited applications for the temporary post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) from eligible Indian candidates. The vacancy is at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Silchar, Assam on a project entitled "Development and testing of combustion characteristics of nanoparticle embedded biodiesel in an open ECU based dual fuel diesel engine", in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, NIT Silchar.

Age: 35 years

Qualification: M.Tech. /M.E. in Thermal Engineering or in the relevant specialization of Mechanical engineering branches with at least 60% marks with NET/GATE score.

Salary: 31,000 /-per month

Selection Process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Personal Interview.
