Northeast Frontier Railway job for Contract Medical Practitioners post

Northeast Frontier Railway has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 8 Contract Medical Practitioners (CMP) posts in view of the exigencies related with the COVID-19 global pandemic on temporary basis for a period of one month, from the date of such engagement, in Guwahati area under Central Hospital/Maligaon, Northeast Frontier Railway.

No of posts: 8

Educational Qualification: The candidate should be minimum MBBS from an institute recognized by the Medical Council of India and with registration in Medical Council of India, or with a valid registration certificate of any of the State Medical Councils of India.

Age: Not exceeding 65 years of age as on 01.03.2020.

Remuneration:

a. Monthly remuneration is ₹ 75,000/- (including HRA & Transport Allowance) for Full Time General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO).

b. For retired Railway Doctor, retired Government Medical Doctors of State Governments and Central Government, the monthly remuneration, as decided by Railway Board, is subject to the condition that the pension plus contractual remuneration of the Retired Doctors should not exceed the last pay drawn at the time of retirement. No Dearness and any other allowances which are admissible to regular Railway Servants shall be admissible.

c. In case a railway accommodation is provided to the CMP, an amount equivalent to sum of HRA and license fee of the accommodation so provided shall be deducted from the monthly remuneration.

How to apply: Eligible and willing candidates should report at the venue given below along with original certificates and self-attested photocopies of certificates showing date of birth/educational qualification/ community, four passport size photographs, original copy of P.P.O. (Pension Payment Order), Service Certificate & LPC along with the attested/self-attested photocopies of all.
