IIM Lucknow Recruitment 2021 for 01 General Manager (MDP) Job Vacancy Opening

IIM Lucknow invites job applications from candidates to fill up one post of General Manager on a contractual basis. The job recruitment will involve managerial or executive duties. The job details are mentioned below:

Eligibility Criteria for General Manager Job Opening

For being eligible for recruitment in the job post of General Manager, a candidate should be a Postgraduate, preferably an MBA from a reputed institute with at least 15 years' experience of which at least five years should have been in a Senior Managerial position, such as, Head of Training Programmes and others involving designing, developing, and marketing of MDPs and executive training programs, or Training & Development activities, or related academic and professional services.

How to Apply for IIM Lucknow Job Vacancy

Application form in the prescribed format only will be accepted to consider candidates for the post. The application form is available from page 4 to 6 in the original notification which is given below. Self attested copies of testimonials, marksheets, educational documents, experience certificates along with a recent passport size photograph should be sent with the application form. It should be addressed to the "Chief Administrative Officer Indian Institute of Management Prabandh Nagar, IIM Road Lucknow – 226 013" and sent through Speed-Post/Registered-Post/Courier by 15th February 2021.

The envelope containing the applications should be clearly superscribed in bold "Application for the post of General Manager (MDP) on contract".

Selection Process IIM Lucknow Job Opening

All applications received from candidates within the due date shall be considered by a Screening Committee and only the candidates recommended by the Screening Committee will qualify for further selection. The process will be conducted online, through Google Meet. So candidates are advised to mention their Gmail ID in the application form. A brief presentation followed by personal interview will also be conducted. Candidate must also regularly visit the IIML website for updates related to the job recruitment.
