Educational Qualification and Eligibility Criteria for Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) Polyclinic Dimapur Job Vacancy:

 (i) B.Pharmacy from a recognized Institute.

Or

(i) 10+2 with Science stream (Physics Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized Board.

And

(ii) Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.

• Application as per requisite format alongwith self-attested photocopies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualifications and Work Experiences will be submitted to OIC, Stn HQs ECHS Cell Dimapur by 10 Jan 2022 in duplicate.
• Any application received after 10 Jan 2022 will not be accepted.
• Candidates must reach ECHS Cell Stn HQ Dimapur at 0930 hrs on 13 Jan 2022 for the interview to be held between 1000 hrs to 1200 hrs.
• Candidates must bring all the original certificates/marks sheets/degree of 10th/Matric, 10+2 & Graduation/post Graduation/Diploma/Court, work experience and discharge book, PPO, service records and 02 x PP size colour photographs at the time of interview.
