College of Post Graduate Studies in Agricultural Sciences (formerly known as College of Post-Graduate Studies), a constituent College of the Central Agricultural University, Imphal (CAU-I) was established in the year 2007 with the sole objective of training post graduate students of agriculture from the North Eastern Hill states. It is expected that these students would eventually become the torch bearers for enhancing the agricultural growth and livelihood support for the farming and rural community as a whole in the region.

Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria for JRF Vacancy:

 Master Degree in Agricultural Entomology/ Pathology/ Biotechnology/ Agricultural Microbiology.

Essential:– NET/GATE qualified

Desirable:- Experience in molecular biology.

1. Eligible and desirous candidates fulfilling the requirements should bring their application stating full details of academic record and experience along with photocopy as well as original copy of the relevant documents and two passport size photographs.
2. The candidates are requested to report to the Principal Investigator, School of Crop Protection, CPGSAS, CAU, Umiam on 15th January 2022 at 1 hour before the interview.
