To be suitable for the advertised post of Assistant Professor in St. Anthony's College, candidate must possess Master's degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Those candidates who have had teaching/research experience will be preferred more in the institution. Applicants whose area of specialization is Molecular Biology/Immunology/Molecular Genetics/ Molecular Microbiology/Bioinformatics/Protein Chemistry shall be desirable
