Delhi: Amid huge new coronavirus scare, a mild earthquake has rattled the National Capital Region(NCR) of Delhi at 5.45 pm, on Sunday. As per the Union Government data the magnitude of the earthquake, which has created panic among the Delhities, was 3.5 in the Richter Scale. As soon as the tremor of the earthquake felt, many people rushed from their homes, where they were confined since March 24, after the nationwide lockdown declared by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus in the country. The Government data said that the epicentre of the evening earthquake was in North-east Delhi. The epicentre was located at Latitude 28.7 N and Longitude 77.2E.
