HYDERABAD: Telangana on Sunday reported 2,384 new coronavirus cases, which took the state's overall infections tally to 1,04,249. This is one of the highest single-day jumps in the number of new cases.

The death toll currently stands at 755, with 11 new fatalities. Health officials said the fatality rate in the state stood at 0.72 per cent against the national average of 1.87 per cent. Out of the total fatalities, 53.87 per cent had comorbidities. (IANS)
