Video Of A Heated Argument Between Indigo Cabin Crew And Passenger Went All Viral

NEW DELHI : A video went viral on social media, where a passenger and a crew member of Indigo airlines indulged in a heated argument. One of the passenger shot the incident and posted the video on Twitter.

According to the person who uploaded the video, the argument started because of food. The airline reverted back and stated that the passenger behaved in a wrong manner and insulted one of the cabin crew member. Their priority has always been customer satisfaction.

The user who posted the video has been identified as Er. Gurpreet Singh Hans, who quoted 'unfortunately' booked a ticket on Indigo. In his tweet he stated that, international flights has a restricted food choices, which some can manage and some cannot.

In the video, one of the air hostesses is seen accusing the passenger for treating her fellow cabin crew member in an inappropriate way, which made her cry. Her colleague comes in-between to calm her down, however, the argument did not stop. The man yelled at her and called her a 'servant' on which she stated that she is an employee and not his servant.

However, the fight suddenly stops and the air hostess was taken in the back of the plane by her colleagues. The airlines issued a clarification on the entire incident and explained what exactly happened in flight number 6E 12 from Istanbul to Delhi on the 16th of December. The airlines stated that, the passenger wanted sandwich, on which the one of the cabin crew asked him to wait while she checks if it's available.

But the man suddenly started yelling at her on which she broke into tears. The video has fired up a controversy among netizens and the public. While some are supporting the hard working cabin crew others are of the view that, air hostesses are acting impatient these days.
