10 cartons of IMFL seized

Abhayapuri, Dec 22:  The SDO (Civil), North Salmara, Abhayapuri, Anbamuthan MP, checked about 10 cartons of IMFL (Indian Made Foreign Liquor) on Thursday, which were seized by the  Boitamari Police officials and later handed over to the Inspector of Excise, Abhayapuri, Subhash Pandit, stated a press release. The Maruti van in which three miscreants who were travelling to Chapor was caught red-handed at Taalguri tiol Highway by the police officials of Boitamari Outpost and the cartons were handed over to the Inspector of Excise later and the three persons were arrested by the police. The SDO (Civil), North Salmara, Abhayapuri, Anbamuthan MP, has ordered the Inspector to register a case against the illegal transportation of the liquor and to take immediate action against the miscreants.
