10-day NCC training camp concludes

Dibrugarh, Jan 17: A 10-day Combined Annual Training Camp of 10 Assam Bn NCC recently concluded at JNV Doomardallong.

During  the camp , the NCC cadets were given training  in physical fitness, drill , map reading , field craft and battle craft , disaster magement , persolity development , self awareness and confidence building followed by games. Swachh Bharat Campaign was also a daily part of the camp routine for inculcating among the cadets the spirit of cleanliness and dignity of labour.

The cadets also took part in various professiol and cultural competitions during the 10-day camp.

A team of cadets was also selected and given training to represent NCC Dte North East Reason at the tiol Integration Camp to be held in New Delhi. These cadets are also scheduled to showcase the Bihu dance at the event.  

The 10-day NCC camp concluded with the address of Camp Commandment, Col AS Ghuman who in his speech, expressed his immense satisfaction on the successful ending of the camp. Stating further, Col Ghuman motivated the cadets to work hard and imbibe this training in their day—day routine to become disciplined and hardworking citizens of the country.
