12 Sikh LI Unit organises Lecture on 'Self Employment' on International Women's Day

Kokrajhar: The unit of Indian Army under the aegis of Red Horns Division organised a lecture on Self Employment on occasion of International Women's Day March 8, 2019 in Kokrajhar District.

The lecture was attended by women and headmen of Ullubari village of district Kokrakjhar.

The significance of the day, as well as importance, methods and need for women to be self-employed, were emphasised.

A total of 100 women 30 children and headmen were present during the awareness initiative. Army's efforts were appreciated by the District administration, villagers and headman. The event concluded with tea and snacks for all.
