16 cataract patients successfully operated

Golaghat, May 10: Agarwal Yuwa Sabha, in association with Lions Eye Hospital,  Jorhat recently organized a free eye check-up camp with modern eye checkup equipment at Chepaguri L.P School. People from far and wide availed the facility offered at the camp. The team of more than 15 members of Agarwal Yuwa Sabha, led by president veen Agarwal and secretary Abhishek Jagni, in a press release on Tuesday said that more than 150 patients were examined of which 24 were detected as cataract patients. Out of these, 16 people were ready to undergo operation in Jorhat and the operation was successfully done by experts at Lions Eye Hospital in Jorhat.
