208 cases disposed off in Lok Adalats

Itagar, Dec 13:  A total of 208 cases were disposed off during the Aruchal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority organized tiol Lok Adalats in all district headquarters of state on Satuurday.

An amount of over one crore was realized during the day, an official communiqué informed.

The courts of Tezu District & Sessions Court, ni Grayu, disposed of one money suit and one MACT cases, Basar Additiol District & Sessions Judge, Jaweplu Chai -34 money suit cases amounting to Rs 451845, Pasighat Additiol District & Sessions Judge, Ito Basar - one MACT and 27 money suits and Bomdila Additiol District & Sessions judge, Yomge Ado disposed of five crimil cases.

The courts of Aalo, CJM, Tage Halley disposed of 14 crimil cases, Aalo CJM, Komjum Tasso -15 crimil cases, Roing CJM, Tadu Tamang - 15 cases, CJM Hirendra Kashyap and Yupia Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mary Kamsi disposed of 47 cases, Daporijo Judicial Magistrate, First Class Domo Padu -10 cases, Khonsa Judicial Magistrate, Damge Niri -9 cases and Yingkiong Judicial Magistrate, Habung Tangu -3 cases and Tawang Judicial Magistrate Tailang Laji disposed of 3 cases.

The Lok Adalats from January, 2015 till November, 2015 had already disposed of a total of 416 cases and award totaling Rs 1, 79, 13,037 were ordered, the communiqué added.
